cucumber and yogurt salad

you will definetly LOVE this salad, I love to eat it with brown rice or as a side dish with grilled chicken … simply you can eat it with anything .


  • low fat / fat free yogurt 350g.
  • 5 cucumbers middle/small size,
  • juice of One lemon.
  • 5 tbsp chick peas canned.
  • salt to taste (0.25/0.5 tsp).
  • 2 cloves Garlic pureed.


  1. grate the cucumbers, add the garlic puree
  2. then the yogurt.
  3. mix well with a spoon.
  4. then add lemon juice and salt to taste.
  5. that is it
  6. enjoy.
