you will definetly LOVE this salad, I love to eat it with brown rice or as a side dish with grilled chicken … simply you can eat it with anything .
- low fat / fat free yogurt 350g.
- 5 cucumbers middle/small size,
- juice of One lemon.
- 5 tbsp chick peas canned.
- salt to taste (0.25/0.5 tsp).
- 2 cloves Garlic pureed.
- grate the cucumbers, add the garlic puree
- then the yogurt.
- mix well with a spoon.
- then add lemon juice and salt to taste.
