Dish in English:

Components:
– Bund gobhi (Cabbage) 1 big
– Boiling water as needed
– Namak (Salt) 1/2 tbs
– Chicken qeema (Mince) 1/2 kg
– Pyaz (Onion) cut 1/4 Cup
– Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1/2 tsp
– Lal mirch (Red chilli) smashed 1 tsp
– Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
– Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
– Olive oil 1/2 tbs
– Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) sliced 2 tbs
– Olive oil 1-2 tsp

Instructions:
– Spread cabbage leaves & reserved.
– In boiling water, include salt as well as blend well.
– Add cabbage leaves, steam & cover for 5 mins after that get & reserved.
– In dish, include poultry dice, onion, black pepper powder, red chilli squashed, salt, garam masala powder, olive oil as well as blend well.
– Add fresh coriander and also blend well.
– On steamed cabbage leaves, include poultry dice, fold up the sides with each other and also roll up.
– On boiling water, area heavy steam shelf as well as oil with olive oil, location cabbage covers, cover & heavy steam chef for 9-10 mins.
– In fry pan, include olive oil and also fry cabbage covers from both sides up until gold brownish.
– Serve with chilli sauce!

– Namak (Salt) 1/2 tbs
– Chicken qeema (Mince) 1/2 kg

– Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1/2 tsp
– Lal mirch (Red chilli) smashed 1 tsp
– Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
– Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
– Olive oil 1/2 tbs
– Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) cut 2 tbs
– Olive oil 1-2 tsp
Instructions:
-Bund gobhi ka leaves alag ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Boiling water mein namak dal ker pain tarhan mix karein.
-Bund gobhi dal ker dhak dein aur 5 mins kliya boil ker lein phir nikal ker side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein poultry qeema, pyaz, kali mirch powder, lal mirch smashed, namak, garam masala powder aur olive oil dal ker pains tarhan mix karein.
-Hara dhania dal ker pain tarhan mix ker lein.
-Boiled cabbage leaves per hen qeema dal dein aur tamam sides ko fold ker ka roll ker lein.
-Boiling water per vapor shelf rakh dein aur olive oil sa oil ker ka cabbages covers rakh dein aur dhak ker 9-10 mins kliya vapor chef ker lein.
-Frying frying pan mein olive oil dal dein aur cabbage covers ko dono sides sa gold brownish hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Chilli sauce ka saath offer karein!
